2023 Tax Organizer – New Clients: The Tax Organizer helps us gather information and keep it organized. Please fill it out to the best of your abilities and upload it to us or bring along for your appointment. If you own a business that files a separate return, please also fill out the Business Tax Organizer listed below. (NOTE: If you save the document as a PDF, it becomes fillable on your computer)

2023 Tax Organizer – Business: If you own a business that must file it’s own tax return, please fill this out to the best of your abilities and bring it along to your appointment or upload it to us. If you file a Schedule C, you can fill out the Self Employment Worksheet in the personal Tax Organizer and you do not need to fill this out. (NOTE: If you save the document as a PDF, it becomes fillable on your computer)

2023 Tax Organizer – Returning Clients: If you are an existing client, you can use this condensed version of the Tax Organizer. Please fill it out to the best of your abilities and upload it to us or bring along for your appointment. (NOTE: If you save the document as a PDF, it becomes fillable on your computer)

2023 Engagement Letter: The Engagement Letter is an agreement between yourself and our company for the preparation of your tax return. This letter must be signed and returned to our office prior to the preparation of your return. Please bring it to your appointment or upload it to us via the Client Portal page.
